Returns & Refund policy
We do our best to ensure that every product dispatched is of the highest quality; however, to err is human. If you are not satisfied with the product, or the product you received is not correct, damaged, or broken, you can return the product within 10 Days.
Returns Without Damage
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 10 days after receiving your item.
The product must be in the same condition as you received. Here are some of the conditions to make sure that the Goods are eligible for a return:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 10 Days.
- The product is unused and is in its original packaging with tags.
- You’ll also need the receipt of the purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE* Due to safety concerns related to COVID-19, we are not accepting Returns until further notice.
Damages and issues
Damaged occurred due to improper handling of the product won't be eligible for a return. For broken cups or glass, we refund or exchange if it arrived broken. You will have to send a picture, and we will send a refund or replacement.
NOTE* The return will be subject to checking and inspection of products. Also, the buyers will have to pay the cost of the return shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned like defective, used or personalized items. Also, all the Vinyl Roll sales are final and cannot be returned. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
The best way to ensure that you get the fastest product exchange is to contact us immediately at our mailing address. After the returned product is carefully reviewed from our end, you can make a separate purchase for a new item of your choice.
Only after careful review of the item will we notify you of our decision if the product is eligible for return or not. If approved, the money will be credited back to you on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
